The Premium Oil Mist Filter Grid is the core oil mist purification component of smoke extraction systems. It is specifically engineered for the precise capture of oil mist, oil fumes, and oil-based particulate contaminants. Compared with conventional oil absorbent media, this advanced filter grid utilizes customized high-performance filter materials and a multi-layer composite structure, delivering significantly higher adsorption capacity and filtration accuracy.
It enables deep purification of oil-based pollutants and serves as an ideal solution for applications with stringent air quality requirements in oil-contaminated environments.
Pre-Filtration Layer
Constructed from high-strength stainless steel mesh, this layer efficiently intercepts large oil droplets at the inlet stage, reducing the load on the main filtration layer and extending the overall service life of the filter.
Primary Filtration Layer
Composed of high-density glass fiber combined with a PTFE laminated membrane, this layer features a gradient pore structure that enables refined, deep filtration. It precisely captures fine oil mist particles ≥0.3 μm, ensuring high filtration accuracy.
Oil Absorption Layer
Manufactured from modified polypropylene melt-blown material, this layer is treated with a specialized oleophilic and water-repellent process. It rapidly locks in absorbed oil substances while repelling moisture, preventing oil–water mixing that could compromise purification performance.
Wide-Range Precision Capture
Effectively captures oil-based particles across the 0.3–10 μm range, including cutting fluid mist, quenching oil fumes, and cooking oil vapors, making it suitable for complex and variable contamination environments.
Exceptional Filtration Efficiency
Overall oil mist interception efficiency reaches ≥99.9%. Capture efficiency for 0.3 μm particles is ≥99.5%, while efficiency for 5 μm particles reaches ≥99.9%, significantly exceeding standard industry benchmarks.
Ultra-High Oil-Holding Capacity
A single oil absorption capacity of up to 500 g/m², approximately twice the industry average, enables long-term adsorption without leakage and reduces replacement frequency.
Ultra-Low Pressure Drop Design
At an airflow velocity of 1 m/s, the initial pressure drop is ≤150 Pa, and even at the end of service life, resistance remains ≤300 Pa, ensuring stable airflow and efficient operation of smoke extraction systems.
Long-Term Stable Performance
Dust-holding capacity is increased by 50% compared to conventional products. Under medium oil mist concentration conditions, service life can reach 12–18 months, significantly lowering maintenance and operating costs.
The filter grid should be replaced promptly when any of the following conditions occur:
① Operating pressure differential reaches twice the initial value;
② Visible oil accumulation appears on the outlet surface;
③ Equipment suction decreases by 30% compared to the initial state.
Standard operating conditions (oil mist concentration <5 mg/m³): 3–6 months
Heavy pollution conditions (oil mist concentration >10 mg/m³): 1–3 months
This product must not be used in environments containing water mist or emulsified liquids, as hydrolysis may occur, leading to structural damage and filtration failure.
